screen gone haywire

hi there anybody out there who can help me to get my iphone screen repaired.the 1st top half of the screen just doesn't work anymore only the bottom half does.so was wondering if anybody knows where i can get it fix.thanking in advance.

first try restoring it to see if that helps. (make sure you backup important things)

Otherwise you might have to take it to apple store

Restoring is not going to fix the digitizer.

Either buy a new screen combo on ebay for $160-ish or take it to apple if it is under wty. In that case... do restore it before going.
