When I get a text and i dont unlock the phone to view it. It makes a sound again and vibrates but doesnt turn on the LCD screen. It keeps this up untill you unlock it and view the message. How do i stop this. I have a first gen with 2.2 non-jailed and ATT
^Really? I think the secondary notification came with the 2.x.x firmware, but mine only does it once about 15 minutes after the original notification...
If you're saying that it keeps going or does it more than once, I'm not sure what the problem could be, but I'm sure a restore will probably fix it if that's not the way it should be.
