whats a good excusee...
today i was sitting in class and my iphone slipped out of my pocket and the whole screen cracked all over the place.. mind you i have a caSE on it and everythinggg..
i took it to the applestore and told them what happened and im really not trying to pay 250 dollars on it..
whats a good excuse i can say to get it replaced for free/is there something i can do to it to make something wrong with the software so i can get it replaced?

The screen is cracked?
Hmmmm, I guess you could SSH into it and wipe out all the files.
Don't know though. I think anything would look suspicious especially with a cracked screen.

The warranty doesn't cover physical damage. If you have it - they will see it and deny you a free exchange.

Yeah.....your not going to "fool" them when you come in with a busted screen.
Thats pretty much a no-brainer that the phone got hit somehow. And they will never cover physical damage.

I caught myself playing mario on NES and really pushing down when trying to jump over large holes and stuff. It was at the point when I literally saw the reflection in the glass flexx that I realized how big a mistake it was to play nes on the iPhone. The next day I uninstalled it.

Go into the apple store and trip on your way in, writh in pain on the floor and scream "ow my liver!" (make sure you know where your liver is actually located) then offer not to sue if they give you an iphone...and a mac..and some headphones.

if the case is a official Case by AT&T , I Would blame everything on the case! say hey, you sold me a
protective case that wasn't protective! male it so it's their fault!
this worked for me on a laptop I bought in circuit city, I dropped and destroyed the screen so I blamed it on the case they gave me, got me a new laptop

Why exchange it? Just restore it. DFU mode FTW.

I agree with that other one, but instead of referring to your liver, just say the iPhone got damaged.
