Ok so I have an Iphone. The screen is cracked and it has dead pixels. So i was wondering if i can go get an exchange since it has dead pixels. Also i was wondering that since its unlocked, can Apple find out if i restore it? Please help and thanks

just un jailbreak it. they may or may not hook you up. from what i have read in several posts, the genius bar guys at the apple store are very leniant on alot of issues. just make sure it is not jailbroken before u go in there. restore it via itunes.

Yea they will replace it for dead pixels. Provided your phone is still under warranty. If not you will have to pay for another one

Ya, I don't know what you're thinking. The fact that the screen is cracked was the first reason I thought that the pixels might be dead, and it's not even my job to screw you out of your money.

LOL Or he could just buy a new one and renew his contract and get the same deal but a brand new phone. Unless you were kidding, and in that case haha it was funny and I liked it.

Well screen craxked and pixels werent dead. The pixels started dying like a few months later. So yea. I called them and they said come in and get your brand new iphone please.
