Old iPhone Plan?

Hello,

If I were to buy an iPhone off ebay, an old one, and decided to sign up for a plan, would I have to pay the rate of the 3G? If not, where can I get plan information for the first gen iPhone?

Nah, just go in and tell em you got the first-gen iphone and you can get the 2g plan $20/month.

Nevermind, just looked on appleinsider and its $59.99 a month, correct?

You pay for a voice plan same as any other phone.

Then add the "iphone data plan" to it....which for a 2g phone is $20/month.

So, check out ATT's site, pick the voice plan you want and add $20 to that.

Okay, I looked and it looks like the one I would need would total out to about $59.99 so about $1440 for a full two year contract.
