Unlocking My Iphone AT&T

hi all
i did a silly thing a while back and restored my phone that i got abroad, now when i connect my iphone up Itunes keeps asking me to continue and sign up,

is there any possible way i can unlock my phone its a 16GB anyone help me, i have tried Ziphone v2.5 when i connect my phone up it doesnt move off saying

Phone detected! Rebooting in RECOVERY MODE

ziphone only works on firmwares 1.1.4 and older. You need to use quickpwn for firmwares 2.0+.

i have tried to get Quickpwn to work i connect it then i get to the stage where you choose the firmware but cannot get any further, i have got Quickpwn 2.1-1

can anyone help me i having great problems getting anything to work

i have tried useing quickpwn with V2.0.2 firmware, i go through the proceedure but when its finished nothing has happened
