No more tzones?!!??

so im running a 2g iphone 8gb with 2.2 firmware on tmobile. thats not as important though.
i was on the blackberry data plan for 19.99 a month and had the tzones hack installed with the wap.voicstream thing and my internet worked perfect. i called to get the 5.99 tzones thing and the lady apparently knew i was on an iphone because her customer care computer told her or something idk. she said i cant get in any trouble and it voids absolutely nothing on tmobiles side. but anyways she said tmobile no longer has tzones and they now run off something called WEBTOGO or WEB.TO.GO or something and its essentially the same thing but with higher speeds up to 150kb she said and its 9.99 a month. so i agreeed to that and she put that in place of the blackberry plan. i waited 48 hours and got a text from tmobile saying they changed it as i requested but now the internet doesnt work unless im on wifi. it doesnt give me an error message but when i try and load a page it says this HTTP ERROR: $CODE$

change your phone on the tmobile website to some crappy phone first. that will fix one part. try that and get back to us

Well, did you enter your apn as "epc.tmobile.com"?

yeah i already changed my phone to a krazr
also i put in the epc.tmobile thing and it said im not subscribed.
and tmoile called me random about an hour ago saying out of the blue that the plan i used wont work on an unlocked iphone and suggested a 24.99 internett plan. i agreed so im gonna give it the 48 hours and see if that works.

tmobile just raped you bro. sorry to hear that. its how they are making money now. the 10 buck plan works fine. but oh well. not much you can to now. your apn now will be "internet2.voicestream.com" i believe if thats the plan your on and should take effect pretty soon.

try changing your apn settings. it will actually work better with epc.tmobile.com but i dont know. the 10 dollar one works. the one you purchased is the internet plan for "smart phones" check your online tmobile and see if your phone model has changed....they did this to me and tried to pull the same crap. my phone got changed to a g1. they are starting to catch on to the iphone being a main source of income for them.

i changed the apn to the internet2 one and it work yet its slower than normal. im going to call and get it changed back to the 10 dollar one right now. they told me it is the smartphone plan and my phone on the site shows up as the blackberry i had a while back.

^^^^^ told you dude. ive been on this one for a while. its what were here for .....to give help. ive got inside sources on tmobiles side so i know whats going on. get the 10 buck one and then go download the tzones hack from cydia.....give it a while and then get back and let me know how it goes.

So I had been religiously using the T-zones hack, even after the discovery of epc. But, with everyone saying that you didnt need the tzones hack with epc, I decided to give it another try. I dont know if its faster (as many claim it is), but my youtube works now (Even though mxtube worked fine with the hack. Call me OCD, but I dont like having multiple apps that do the same thing).

For some reason, the first time I signed up for tzones, the representative had placed the service in my account (so I was paying for it), but had neglected to activate it. I waited 3 days, and finally called them up. It took them almost 30 mins, to identify the problem (maybe they wanted me to pay 24.99, lol). At anyrate, I've had a few different experiences with tzones:

1) After an update, I had to enter the apn, and then reboot. (seriously, I know it sounds dumb)

2) As I said above, I used the Tzones hack religously because on multiple occasions I couldnt get epc.tmobile.com to work without it. (now it works fine without it)

3) Edge has simply been down in my area.

Eh, its not a mystic piece of hardware; however, sometimes it amazes me that small things can make a big differe

alright sweet i just called and switched it back to the 10 and they were like oh we cant do that we have to call you back monday to see if i can put it on there and i was like no its for my krazor and they were like oh well int hat case let me check your id on te kzrazor are youon it now and i said yes and they were like ok i found it. excellent and put the 10 dollar thing back on haha. and now they dont have to call me back. and the best part of it all is....ive never owned a krazor in my life lol. i was on my iphone the whole time and the lady like was blatantly lying to me. but now there a new problem.
in cydia i have n assload of sources and i saw the tzones hack in there the other day. now its gone and in its place theres something called TMOBILE US CARRIER (carrier bundle for the tmobile US) and then there the same thing but it says TMOBILE US CARRIER INTERNET 2 APN . so what should i install.
currently my internet is working o edge with the internet2.voicestream. but if i use wap.voicestream of the other one you gave me they dont work. but its alot slower than normal. should i download that packgae?

No, dont get the carrier bundle. Go to the search feature, and type in "Tzones Hack" it should come up with a package from "BigBoss". Thats what your looking for. (Make sure you download on wifi)

well im serious. i got all impatient and installed the tzones hack twice cuz i thought something was wrong and ended up with a corrupted file and had to freakin restore when all i needed to do was wait
