Figured It Out

The "Hide Icons" button in BossPrefs ended up being the reason my Settings tab was hidden. I don't remember turning it off, but at least I was able to turn it back on Does anybody know why you would actually use that function to turn stuff off?

I hide stuff I never use like stocks and the default SMS app. I also use it to hide icons I put in stacks.

I hide installer because I'm too lazy to restore, lol. Also, on SBS settings, I use the dock for things like iTunes and contacts (why the hell do they have an icon for contacts anyway?).
