How can i install Winterboard on iphone manually? (No Internet on iPhone)

How can i install Winterboard on iphone 3g 2.0 firmware because i got no internet on iphone right now.

My main purpose to install winterboard is to hide icons, and if there is another way of hiding icons without the use of winterboard please let me know

BossPrefs or SBSettings also allow you to hide icons. Unfortunately, they both also need installed via Cydia
