Default Brightness reverting after respring / power cycle?

Has anyone else noticed their brightness setting going way up after either a power-cycle or respring, with 2.2?

It's not as it the actual _slider_ position changes [in Settings > Brightness] but the brightness itself always goes right up for me after a respring or on/off.

Yup, I've also noticed it dimming without the slider changing positions...strange.

If you have sbsettings installed and have used its toggle to adjust brightness, it does not stay set through a respring.

I've noticed that SBSettings also turns SSH back on after a reboot.

This is actually a good thing because it is often after a reboot that you get the SWOD and often by SSH you can fix teh problem. However if SSH if off its sorry out of luck.
