how come my sound sucks??

hi,

my sound is verrrrrrrry low, even more when on speakerphone... i have checked to make sure it is on the maximum, but gosh it is really low...
the strange thing is that when i play games, the sound is pretty loud and i have to lower it, but to hear people on the phone it is reallllly hard...
any ideas??

if it's a 2g I think it's happening to everyone. If it's a 3g there might be a problem
