iphone will not load phone keypad

everytime i touch my phones phone icon to make a call it crashes. what do i do?

also how do i uninstall kate?? i thought i uninstalled it but i think its still there.

nm. i got it off(i think) my phone icon is working now

I had the same problem when i installed kate... it sucks, messes up your phone. I had to restore and then jailbreak it again..
