    Default Will this happen?
My iphone has a broken ejector and the ear peice is no longer working.

IS there someway to possibly replace the phone.

There must be some way to convince the genius at the apple store to replace it?>

Oh yeah im not under att , I have t-mobile.

    peace

    Nope.

    Their not exactly "dumb"....

And if your not activated with ATT, they wont even touch it.

of course not. but you can attempt to do your own hardware repair if you would like and alot of people here do that. but that would have to be a risk your willing to take. ipod replacement is another story. apple replaces those things without question
The beatings will continue until morale improves.

dude , the phone is activated under at&t but.. I disconnected from them because of to many drop calls.

So I got t-mobile now but... that doesnt make the difference. the ejector may be broken . but the ear piece went dead on me yesterday.

I have a warranty on my phone , they must replace it..
