I installed cycorder from cydia and after I did a respring all of my icons have disappeared

im on a 1st gen iphone running 2.0

no icons are showing in the dock or anywhere else but if i hold to change the icon position i can still see 4 blank apps that are listed...

my theme is still applied because i have my dock and wallpeper still there and i can allso still SSH and see that all of the apps are still in the app folders... the icons for the theme are still in their folder as well

i have no idea what could have happened i can still get calls and the phone app still comes up and i can talk on the phone normally

i did several reboots and even did the reboot when you hold the home key... i deleted the cycorder via ssh and still nothing

anyone have any idea what could have happened?
