Adding photos to iPhone without syncing?

Hi,

I'm trying to add photos to my iPhone without having to sync the thing (how I hate iTunes) since I want to add pics from multiple computers. I found an older post on this site that said just to copy jpgs into the camera roll folder (Apple iPhone\Internal Storage\DCIM\100APPLE) but that doesn't work as it won't allow me to paste.

Any workarounds for this or am I stuck syncing?

email em to yourself and save them from inside your email on the phone. It will add them to your pics.

You can still use a dedicated application program to easily manage your iPhone photos.
