made the mistake to install 2.2 while still having cydia with the FOLDER app. I had mostly all the apps inside folder in nice category order and after installing the 2.2 it naturally deleted it along with cydia but that's the problem!

Now no matter how many restores I do I can't no longer see the apps that where inside each folder.

And the worst thing is that iTunes detects them but no possible way to be able to see them anymore.

What should I do?!

My recommendations are to do another restore but instead of setting up iphone from back up, choose the option to set up iphone as a new iphone. Than, re-sync all your contacts and apps and download again all your cydia apps.
