Appstore apps after upgrading to 2.2

I have a dozen cracked appstore apps that I had on my phone. After upgrading to 2.2 these apps wont sync to my phone at all.

The message that i get is

"Some of the applications in your iTunes library were not installed on the iPhone because one or more errors occurred."

As an example here is a listing for an app

"The application "4 in a Row" was not installed on the iPhone because it could not be verified."

I am using iTunes version 8.0.1 (12)

Would be greatful if someone could tell me what is wrong with what I am doing.

I am having the same problem. I have tried turning off the iPod touch, and then turning it back on. I have tried installing a new free app. Unfortunately, nothing seems to work. The apps that were already installed on my iPod touch before the update to 2.2 are working perfectly, but the new apps I am trying to install do not work.

Does anyone have any idea what is wrong?
