question about the time

my iphone 3g's time is 3 hours behind and i tried to set it from the date and time setting but when i click on it it takes a few seconds and goes back to the home page with all the apps.
how do i set the time?

so I figures out how to fix my problem LOL, no need for your help anymore. My international was set to English I just changed it to USA and I could change my time again. I hope this help anyone that's having the same problem if anyone
else is having this problem.


I have another question can Itunes lock my iphone3g if it has my tmobile and turbo sim in it on airplane mode?
