iTunes 8.0.2 update detects non US account

I'm getting nervous

I'm in the UK but set up a non US account with significant credit principally to buy movies for my AppleTV. When I upgraded to 8.0.2 it detected I was not in the US and asked me to re verify the agreement about using a US account and that apple would employ techniques to verify non US residents.

I think I saw something similar when I set up the account but does anyone know if Apple has strengthened the detection in 8.0.2 and am I likely to lose my credit. Has anyone else spotted this
