Transparent Status Bar With Slideshow Wallpapers

Does anyone know how to have a transparent status bar for the home screen while having a slideshow wallpaper active? I guess its different than just having 1 wallpaper.. any help is greatly appreciated

The statusbar has nothing to do with the wallpapers. If your using a transparent bar, it should stay transperant. Is yours not?

well ive tried changing it to transparent and it is while im using just 1 wallpaper but as soon as i enable the slideshow wallpapers it turns back to black

It is black because the Wallpaper.html file in your slide slow theme probably has a padded border on the top. Open that file with an editor and delete the line that says "padding 20px 0,0,0,;"
That should get rid of it. Your status bar is "clear" it's just that the program stops the wallpaper short at the top...Hope that makes sense.
