Purchased Official 3g unlocked

Hi I am an AT&T customer with a normal locked 3g and I recently purchased an official 3g unlocked by IMEI number.

If I insert my AT&T sim card and sync with iTunes, will it be relocked? I am sure this has been discussed but could not find any search results.

I bought the phone because I plan to use it for travel worldwide, but until I leave would like use it with normal AT&T service, but don't want my phone to lock up again if I use it with my AT&T.

Any ideas?

If it was officially unlocked by Apple for sale overseas....then no, it will not lock again.

Yea I bought it on ebay confirmed it as an unlocked model number b4 hand - it is.

Just one more question when i get this 3g that s factory unlocked do i simply put my at&t sim from my locked iphone in there just do a restore from my old iphone?
