firmware downloads so slow

i can apreciate that today a lot of people are downloading 2.2 but i tunes is telling me it will take 2 hours!!!!
even when firmwares have not been a new release its taken a long time to complete.
im in the uk and get around 6meg dowload speed.surely it shouldnt take so long.

^Unfortunately, that probably is just your internet. I downloaded it (however I am in the U.S.) on a T1 connection at school and it was quite fast...
