Iphone error has plug then arrow pointing to lightning bolt.
I am thinking about getting an iphone. I found one that is apretty good deal, however it has an error that I have never seen before. The seller says that the screen is unresponsive and it has the following error screen. I am thinking that the screen is unresponsive because he can't get it to load. However, I don't want to buy it if it can't be fixed. if anyone has any ideas, I would love to hear them. thanks.

Phone has a LEAST a bad flex cable, if not more damage. link in my sig for that... might avoid that one. phone is dead as a doornail, That's the 2% warning screen.
