Camera Problem!

I have a quick question? i have an first gen iphone 8gb unlocked for tmobile and everytime i click the camera to open up it gives me a message sayin "Camera" would like to use your current location" and theres a button for don't allow or ok! but either one i click it still pops up everytime? can anyone hel?, thanks!

does the iphone have geo-tagging?
