Can anyone help me? it works when i click local sharing but dosent work when i disable local sharing. thanks for help. please reply!!!!!

make sure UPnP and PMP are enabled on your router. Log on to your router by going to it's i.p address and find them - other than that i have no idea, maybe keep local sharing on.

If the problem carries on, e-mail one of the Jaadu team, just copy and paste the log.

I emailed them. They replied once then they never replied again. Anyone know bow to fix this? I have a westell bellsouth modem. Please help.
