Someone show me how to use iTunes.....I always end up deleting all the stuff

Can someone please guide me on how to use itunes?

I transfered all the music to my iphone, and that i put into my LIBRARY in itunes and then sync

So now i want to transfer new music... so what should i do? Should i delete all the music from my LIBRARY and put the NEW MUSIC in ONLY?

well thats why you create a playlist.

I have 26 gigs in my library but I have a 'playlist' with 9gigs that I only want on my iphone.

Its like creating a Sub-Library for the phone itself.

However in your case if you just want to add more to your phone and the Whole library is alll syned to the phone just drag the New music into the library and click sync
(have the phone connected of course)
