Computer to iPhone Transfer Help!

Alright so my computer and my iPhone are using seperate ways to access the internet, the computer is on DSL and the iPhone is using WiFi, my question is there any program or anything that can transfer things like themes and apps from my computer into my Iphone. I understand how to transfer things throu iTunes and all but I just cant get SSH and Winscp to work because there not using the same internet, please let me know if there is anything out there, thanks!

sure what do you want to know how to do? id be glad to help on it. i use it daily. you can add themes by going to applications\themes and then adding them there. apps the same way. its not as good as ssh but it gets the job done most of the time

Ok so I got the app in the larger window so where do I find it on my phone or is there another step to getting the app on the phone?

you dont get it on your phone. you dont need it there. you just start the application and then plug in your phone. it will pop up with the root directory and you can take it from there just like you would ssh.

Well ok Ive never really got a chance to play around with SSH but what about themes or icon sets, how does that work?
