check this page BlackBerry 9530 BB-101
as an iphone user i say its a hassle to use this thing, for ex, the web it takes many taps to work. email the same even worser because u need to pull a menu to sent the messageDFU Restore Mode:
1. Power phone OFF. 2. Hold power + home for 10 seconds. 3. Let go of power and continue to hold home until iTunes finds the phone.

Well, I haven't gotten the chance to play with one, but it looks alright; not great, not terrible. It lacks the storage space to hold a lot of stuff, I believe, but it is expandable, too.
Wow, just saw that it has a capacitive touch screen, too; a big step up from other recent touch screen phones.
Obviously the Storm also has a better camera, but I don't know, it's really hard to beat the iPhone...Respect your elders.

There nice, but beat the iphone no. I also like the new BB Bold that is for ATT. Wouldnt mind having one to play around with, but wouldnt trade the iphone for it.

The touch interface is like night and day to the iPhone. I love the glass screen touch interface over the clicky push screen that the Storm and other phones have.

Yeah, what I like about the Bold, is that it is a well built phone and feels solid in your hands....much like the iphone. Very nice screen also.

another iphone killer that will fall short. dont get me wrong, its probably the closest phone to an iphone but the iphone started a "trend". now everyone wants to have a touch screen platform. heh.mrsidewayzz

Well, it may not be perfect and may not have all the bells and whistles the iphone has but its a pretty significant start. Address the shortcomings of the iphone and suddenly there is competition
the next year will be important to all the major players. One of the things that we will start to see is more exclusive phone to service relationships.

I'd get one if I didn't have to switch to Verizon.

its an AWESOME step up for Verizon customers. i myself waited for this to come out before officially making the switch over to t-mobile....ill be canceling my contract with Verizon soon. Its cool and has nice features but not anything near the iPhone. The beatings will continue until morale improves.
