Contact list Overwrite, how to undo?!?

Ok... so i have an iphone 1.1.4 jailbroken using ziphone on xp.

i was messing around in the info settings in itunes for the iphone. i changed the address book from outlook to gmail contacts, hit apply it synced i said ok to merge. all of my gmail contacts/email address's showed up on the phone. not what i was trying to do.

so i went back and undid what i had done. put back the default contact list as outlook. but this time all my contacts were gone. everything.


any idea how i can undo this? i tried doing a system restore on my whole computer hoping that outlook would resync all my contacts would still be stored and resyned to my iphone. but no luck.

i know this is a messy detailed one...any help would be appreciated.

Check your Outlook to see if your contacts are still there.

If they are not....they have been completely erased....no way to fix.
