because the phone is probably registered in itunes under your account, therefore, will only sync apps from the appstore that you have purchased. there is no way around this, unless someone ports the app to cydia and you can download it for free or you find the cracked app and ssh it onto your phone, neither of which are legal and allowed to be talked about over these forums.
in short, get your wallet out and pay for apps and support the developers who put time and effort into making them. you wouldnt work for free.
