Is there a difference in the space on the iphone for apps between the 8 and 16 gig? How much app space is there?

There are 2 memory partitions. The system partition where the firmware is loaded is 500MB by default on 2.0 and above. The remaining space is the private partition where your apps, music, contacts, pics are stored. This is 8, 16, or 32 Gb depending on your device.

Thanks. So there is not a default size limit on how many apps can be installed?
