HELP! All apps are hidden after restore!

Thanks for looking. I recently had to restore my jailbroken iPhone due to a mishap. I had all of my apps in categories except for 3 of them. Right now my phone is not jailbroken and the only apps that will sync with my phone are the 3 that were not in categories. iTunes says all of the apps are installed but I they are not visible on my phone. If I jailbreak will the re-appear....or is there somthing else I have to do?

Any help will be much appreciated.

it should re-appearafter jailbreak, and i would recomend to download something off the appstore on your phone also, somnething free....it should all come back

Settings/general/restrictions
Enable, then disable. Exit to springboards should've done the trick.
