The other side hear themselfs on a call

As the title says, when someone is talking with me on the phone he hears himself in a way that makes talking very annoying.
Its not the first time i have this problem, a month ago i had the same problem i tried everything i can but only restore solved the problem.
Now, a month after, the problem is back. I can solve it by restoring again but i hope some1 have a better solution then restoring my iphone every month.

Update: some1(that have the same problem on other forum told me that lowering the volume solves this, and it did. i just cant understand this, its not a cheap crappy phone, why dose it happens?!

In my opinion it may be a phone related app that was installed such as spoof.app or something similar. Try uninstalling some phone related apps and see if that helps.

Sometimes the audio can echo back into the phone. If I lay with my phone on my head sometimes people say they can hear themselves.
