Just called my local apple store where I purchased my iPhone from and asked as far as the refund in the price drop, and they say as long as it is in the 14 day purchase period, you qualify, before then, they are sorry but that cant help there.
HHHMMM... Lucky me right, I waited 6 hours to spend 600 then find out that I have to pay deposit at AT&T Store not apple, to wait another 2 hours and some change only to find out that I have to go home to and get some type of code for the deposit and then come back to pay it only then to find out I pay first get code on receipt then activate at home. What a whole lot of mess to go through and to not even get the activation fee refunded, and if that wasnt enough, they tried to set me up as a new customer at least 10 times, only to check my credit report and my report is hit 7 times.... Hellova lot going on here huh? Shyt sux!

this is so messed up of apple!!!!!
all my friends are getting one soon and i paid soo much more than them!!
why are they punishing everyone who supported and bought the ******* expensive as hell phone!!
without us there wouldnt still be an iphone because apple would have dropped it if noone bought it.

i just called apple the said 14 day return.
i bought mine like 36 days ago.
and i dropped it 2 times in the last two days and it is all dented!
ugh i feel like crap.
what a great thing to add to the last day of summer.

First off, calm down. Next up, have you read the thread? There are more than one ways to sort with this.
1- Check with your credit card, AMEX and CITI both have price protection (if whatever you bought drops prices within 60 days, they refund you the difference up to $300 I think)
2- Don't call the store, GO to the store. You get a lot better chances if you state your case in person and personally to the manager.
4- Every other electronic piece of equipment on this planet drops price after a while. This 2 month time is unprecedented yes, but the iPhone dropping price was simply unavoidable, yet you decided to pay full price at the time for the phone you now have. If you are not happy with what you payed, then you should have been more patient. That said, if you take the time to research and work for it, you will more than likely get your $200 back.
You gotta put a little from your part though.
