Using iphone 3G as a portable HDD?

I lost my memory stick the other day.. [had LOTs of coursework!! :[ ]
and i was wondering if there is anyway to partition the harddrive so that college computers can access some 'space' that i can drag and drop?

Mac formatted iphone,
windows xp crap college computers

You use it as an External HDD only through Wifi. Not through the cable.

I've been wondering about this too. Even with the unrestricted access that jailbroken apps have, there's still no way to use the phone as storage with the dock cable?

Try diskaid, this will give you storage in the sense that you can put files on it.

No this will not make the phone appear as an external hard drive.
