Has anyone had problems with the bottom row for texting?

Is there any fix i could do? Restore? SSH?

try to restore to factory and repwn (if youre unlocked/jailbroken)

did you get some water damage? drop your phone?

If after a restore, part of your screen isn't responding, you have a faulty phone. This is most likely due to a drop/etc. If you are under warranty, bring it in to an Apple Store. If not, you are out of luck.

If the screens not cracked, phone looks good and warranty is still good.

You'll get a new (refurbed) one.
