cydia says my itouch is an iphone

I am trying to install the MobileMusicPlayer from MMIs source but gets this error:

"This tweak only works on an iPod TOuch - iPhones already only have an iPod icon.

I get the same error when i'm trying to install Transformer, another app that combines the music and video icons.


Does anyone know any way to fix this without an restore?

That's odd....
maybe check if Cydia has an update available? I have an iPhone so I've never had this problem.

no update aviable, and i have never got this error before either, my computer says it is an iTouch but cydia and installer says something else
