I need help with the "Discover" application

Help please! I already got the client for windows xp and I know how to view my files but...

I have no idea how to upload the pics of the iPhone to my PC/Laptop.

There is a button that says upload but I click it and nothing happens.

There is another one that says create file, so I did then it send me to open a file with it and adding it as an icon in my desktop that does nothing but opening the discover program.

I have no idea how to do this man
