help. Icons will jiggle with a slight tap

Im not sure how many of you have experienced this but on me(3G jailbroken), my wifes and my brothers iphone(2G both jailbroken and unlocked), the icons will frequently go into jiggly mode when we simply tap normally on the phone icon or something. Although it doesnt happen 100% of the time, it happens enough to make it annoying and am wondering if this has to do with winterboard? Is there a way to fix this problem? I know we arent the only 3 people in the world having this problem, so if its happening to you, please speak up and let us know your phone specs...
Mine is the 3G, jailbroken and simunlocked on 2.1
others are 2G, jailbroken and unlocked on 2.1
all with winterboard installed.

I want to know if its happening to non-jailbroken phones
if its happening to jailbroken phones without winterboard installed.
any info would help

it's winterboard. Happens to me all the time when I have my phone themed.

it happens to me too. only when my phone is running kinda slow and it reacts to the simple tap as me holding it cuz it kinda "lagged" a bit. i jus press home n re-tap the icon

Same here on 2.1 16 GB 3G iPhone.

Strangely enough, it started today.
