Help, problems with iTunes

I am having a problem with iTunes right now. I listen to a lot of audiobooks for my work, and I recently decided to organize my audiobooks into chapters ( instead of cd's ). I just got done with one of them and had to edit all of the ID3 tags in iTunes. After I got all of them finished I noticed that the tags in the audiobooks folder ( in vista ) didn't have all of the track information. So in the folder window of vista, iTunes will not load half of the chapters. There are 66 chapters, but no matter what I do it will only load 35. I can not get it to load any of the other tracks, period. What is wrong? Why wont it load any of the other tracks? I know that they work, because I can load them into Windows Media Player and they work.
