The G1 is pretty okay, the only place where I've personally noticed it being far worse than the iphone is the web browser. I do not envy the person who has to spend more than half an hour using it.

the android OS is great but the G1 hardware is garbage! Really...I have it on sale on eBay , and what's funny is that almost everyone I see tells me, oh you got the 3G , I got the G1, let's put it to the test...they get mad when I prove the iPhones greatness...sorry, till a better hardware comes out, I ain't messing with android..come one HTC!

the phone has an ugly design, has potential but you're going to have to wait till at least the 2nd gen for apps to start rolling out. Why did you leave? I'm developing an app that calculates how many sheets of tissue paper you'll need to wipe your ***. Good luck with you g1.
