Best way to upload wallpaper

I downloaded wallpapers from the wallpaper forum.

What is the best way to upload it to my iphone without having to sync it with my photos?

Send the wallpaper to your email address that should be setup on your phone. Open attachment, save on your phone, and use it as a wallpaper.

You could also download Swap Camera Roll from Cydia and use one camera roll for your wallpapers and then swapcameraroll back to your regular pictures.
