iPhone wont click over

when I'm on the phone with somebody and another call comes in it wont click over. I either gotta just wait it out or hang up on the person whose calling. I touch the part that says hold+answer call but nothing happens. Its like the screen is locked. Does anyone know how to fix this? I've tried restoring and its the same problem.

most probably it's your provider... have you tried using 3rd party calling with another phone, if you haven't, try it... if you have and you can't most probably your provider doesn't allow that... if you can, then probably there's a fix somewhere

didnt work it has to do with the phone when i touch hold+answer call nothing happens. Its like the display is ok but the screen doesnt respond

who is your carrier? make sure this feature is on because if it isnt, it aint gonna work

I have been having the same problem as well. I am with ATT and it has worked before, but lately no dice.

Mine did that when I enabled that staud bar notifier program. As soon as I deleted it the problem went away.
