there was a corruption on my iphone and everytime I re PWNED and restored I got the same corruption.
so the obvious thing to do was re-Pwn and start from scratch this is all good as Ive got my contacts email etc.

I have though lost my notes and Game saves.

my question is can I pull these from my old backups and paste them in to the new backup?
