iPhone Scratches (Help)
So, I've had my iPhone for some time now. The back is scratched up pretty good. Also, the screen itself isn't scratched, but it looks like it has little pits at the top. They're smooth (no indents or anything), but they will not come out. Phones never been dropped (other than a handful of times on the carpet) or abused. Anybody know of anything that works to remove the scratches on back and the little "pits" on the screen.
Thanks!

The screen is glass, what do you propose you are going to do about glass? windex and call it a day.
The back can be painted or replaced. Metallic base doesn't buff outScrew #Winning, I'm #Juanning

You're able to fix chips in a windshield without replacing the windshield, right. I know they have stuff to fix pits in glass, like a cream and stuff, just didn't know if there was anything specific I could use for it.
As far as the back, there is nothing that can be done short of painting/replacing it?

No you're not. You're able to heat suction TWO pieces of double layer windshield saftey glass together with epoxy which in effect hides holes/cracks between the layers.

for the back plastic on the 3G, try using a product called Brasso. it is a metal polich but it does buff out plastic scratches as well.

I have the 1st generation 16g iPhone. It was actually one of the cases that did this to my phone. I had one of those plastic clear cases and little bits of dirt got trapped behind it and scratched the hell out of it. Since I took it off I haven't got one scratch on it. Really pisses me off.
