Default No incoming calls leading to permissions problem. [no-wifi]

So i was living happy with my 2.0 untill i started to get only missed calls (while some1 calling phone just does not care about it, after some time missed call pops up).
So i thought it was time to upgrade.
Saved some Cydia applications for later use not knowing that iPhone PC Suite is %$##*!

So now i am on 2.1 without WiFi (not working, some hw problem, dont start about it, its just dead) and all i need to do is set just one permission for Mobile Terminal.

iPhone PC Suite crashes when phone is connected or when it gets connectd (Vista (tried on two machines)). Is there another way?

    halp?

Hey dude. Sorry no one was able to help you out. But now that 3.0.1 is out have you updated? And if you have, does the problem still persist or have you traded the phone when you were having the problems?
I ask this because I am having those problems now on my iPhone 3GS running 3.0.
My iPhone does not ring. Callers hear the phone ring 2x then it goes straight to voicemail. I know it's the phone because when I put other SIMs in the iPhone, the same problem occurs. Even when I put my SIM in another iPhone and other phones, it works.

Anybody out there with suggestions? Will a new iPhone OS update fix that?
