i just reset my iphone and it wont load

i unlocked my 1st gen iphone and i recently did the erase all content and settings, also i did the reset all settings. now my phone just shows the pineapple and will not fully load how can i fix that.

Yeah, you never wanna do that.

Your gonna have to restore, re-jailbreak and start over.

ok, but when i try to restore it using itunes it won't let me.

i had the same thing on mine, i just kept trying to restore it using itunes and in the end it worked, one thing i have found through is if you plug the pc cable into just a normal usb port rather than into a splitter then it the connection stays active rather than keep dropping out, hope this helps

thanks, but itunes doesnt even recognize my phone when i hook it up to the computer. when i turn it on it will just show the pinneapple for hours.

you need to put your phone in DFU mode:

1. Power phone OFF. 2. Hold power + home for 10 seconds. 3. Let go of power and continue to hold home until iTunes finds the phone.

and DFU mode should work (read instructions how or wat jtesnani said, or you could try downloading i file called DISKAID (ssh without wifi just plug in your iphone/itouch) and in the media folder which should come up first create a file called com.apple.itunes.lock_sync
