Can SomeOne HELP!?!?

my iphone goes into sleep mode and never wakes up...

i have to restart it using the home and sleep button, both held for at least 10 secs.

i found a hack that allowed me to change the powerbundle plist, disabling it using Open SSH, it fixed the problem, but there was significant battery loss.

the battery only lasted 24hrs, standby/use...

i would like to know if anyone knows a fix.

oh yeah i bought it used so can't really go to an apple store and ask for a refurb

1st: I live in PR

2nd: I unlocked and jailbroke it.

Supposedly that exterminated the warranty...
