How are you going to restore if you can't sync?
Try a different usb port.Screw #Winning, I'm #Juanning

What error do you get?
Are you doing it right?
ie. Import the music to the Music Library first, then sync to the phone?.

you don't have the "manually manage music" tab checked?

I don't have an emoticon of me smacking my head into a plate glass window, so I'll just have to go at it without.......
Ya, you formatted your computer.... which is exactly why I asked that question. You can't just hook to any computer and sync. Your old computer doesn't exist, you killed it..... and since you didn't save your XML file from your old itunes library which is usually under 39kb (barely exists, less than a paragraph of text in an email) you either set itunes back up and resync and wipe your phone or ......... do nothing.Screw #Winning, I'm #Juanning
