sms and caller id

People who are on my contact list wheneva they send me a text message only the number and not the name comes up. Anybody knows where i can find the fix for this. I have seen it already under cydia but for some reason i cannot find it. I just upgraded to 2.1

Add below to UIPhoneFormats.plist file.

and how do i add that to the uiphoneformats.plist file. There is an easier way thru cydia. I don't know if i have the source installed that is required to to fix it.
